Billy Burtt serves as our Associate Pastor and is responsible for overseeing our Discipleship and Life Group areas as well as our Senior Adult (55+ Alive) Ministry.  Billy has been in ministry for almost 40 years and has served as Pastor, Music Minister, Youth Minister, and, before coming to Luke 4:18 Fellowship, as a Hospice Chaplain for the last 16 years.  Billy and his wife Vicky have two married sons and three grandchildren.  Billy graduated from the former Florida Baptist Theological College with a degree in Theology and has a Master of Divinity degree from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.
