At Luke 4:18 Fellowship, we desire to obey the Word of God in everything pertaining to our lives. God created all of us to worship Him and a major part of His Word instructs us to worship through music. When we meet together as the church or get alone with God, He has commanded us to come into His presence with singing (Psalm 100:2).
At Luke 4:18 we make worship through music a priority! We follow God’s Word as we sing psalms, hymns and spiritual songs (Colossians 3:16). Our praise and worship through music is powerful and guided by the Holy Spirit.
Below are some of the many ways you can be involved in our music program. If you are interested in participating in any of our groups, please contact Brother Ed Keyes at 508-6707.
JOIN OUR ADULT CHOIR
Our Luke 4:18 adult choir is comprised of believers who sense God has called them to be “SINGERS UNTO THE LORD”. If you have a passion for worship and have an interest in being involved with our choir, feel free to come join any Wednesday during our practice and praise His name alongside other believers.
Our Adult Choir practices weekly on Wednesdays from 7:15 - 8:30 PM in the choir loft which is located in the Worship Center. No experience is necessary, just a willing, worshipful heart!
INTERESTED IN AN ENSEMBLE?
Almost every week, we have special ensembles lead the congregation in worship through song and instrumental music. These ensembles play a wide variety of genres of music and are always a blessing to the congregation. These groups will be involved in either our traditional or contemporary worship services. If you wish to be a part of a special ensemble, please notify Brother Ed.
JOIN OUR MUSIC TEAM
If you feel called to worship through instrumental music, you may consider serving on our music team. We engage in praise through many genres and styles of music in our Traditional and Contemporary services. Pending availability there may be an open opportunity to engage in worship alongside dedicated musicians and obedient believers. For more information on availability, please see Brother Ed Keyes.
