Josh Grogan
Student Pastor
Josh was saved by Jesus when he was 8 years old and grew up in Kentucky. A couple years after being saved, his parents were called into sports ministry with Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and the family moved to Paducah, KY. Josh went on to run Division 1 cross-country and track at Morehead State University, and he became heavily involved with the sports ministry, Athletes in Action. He thought he was being called into sports ministry until the Lord redirected his steps to serve a summer at Kanakuk Kamps. This led to him attending and graduating from the Kanakuk Institute in Branson, Missouri, and God’s call to join the staff here at Luke 4:18. He has a passion for reaching youth for Jesus!
His life verse is Romans 12:1-2: Therefore, I urge you, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living and holy sacrifice, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service of worship. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.
